This lot is consist of 9 pieces 1 st series (with "GABENOR") and 1piece 2nd series (with "GABENUR").These note actually the uncirculated note that keep in the angpow (gift) envelope. So the condition become aging.Please judge by yourself about the grading of the notes.
Old spelling of Di- Perlakukan and Gabenor with " tigerhead " watermark .

This first series $1 banknote which is blue & pink color, bears the portrait of Yang Di-Pertuan Agong, Tunku Abdul Rahman, first King Of Malaysia. It has the old spelling of “DI-PERLAKUKAN” and “GABENOR”. Signed by Bank Negara Governor Tun Ismail Bin Mohamed Ali. Size:121x64mm


This $1 has a few versions namely:

1 Ringgit blue & pink, straight thread security line
1 Ringgit blue & pink, broken thread security line
1 Ringgit blue & pink, Prefix A/1
1 Ringgit blue & pink (“Z” series) replacement note

Note that for this first series, the serial numbering is from First Prefix A/1 to Last Prefix D/3
